SONIA LOSPITAO
CEO & Executive Coach
Sonia combines over 25 years of professional experience in corporate communications, change management, facilitation, and executive coaching.
She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and member of the International Coaching Federation, as well as Master Practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming.
Prior to founding SONLOS Consulting, she worked in all areas of communications for several large multinationals in different countries. She’s an experienced senior advisor to C-suite level executives and has first-hand experience of complex organisational transformations.
Her inside knowledge of the corporate world, coupled with her communication expertise and coaching skills, make her a trusted partner for leaders of the future who want to make an impact beyond just delivering results.
A citizen of the world, she has lived in four countries on both sides of the Atlantic and travelled to more than 50. She is based in Belgium and works with clients in English, Spanish and French.

Sofia Ali Gugsa
PCC Coach
Sofia is a highly experienced PCC Coach, with almost 20 years of experience in Leadership Education and Coaching. She is passionate about igniting transformational change for leaders with a human-centred approach. She is trained in Co-Active Coaching Model, Train the Trainer programs, 360 assessments, MBTI and Emotional Intelligence, among many other certifications. She is based in Belgium and works with global clients in French and English.
Dimitra Petsios
Coach & Consultant
Dimitra helps individuals and groups to overcome challenges, perform at their best and build self-awareness that reflects into effective relationships. She brings 20 years of corporate communications expertise to her coaching practise, which focuses on communications, emotional intelligence, and work transitions. She specialises in helping clients define their ideal zone, where ’joie de vivre’ and purpose meet. Based in Belgium, she works with clients in French, English and Italian.
Marie Amadori
Coach & Consultant
Marie is a Coach and Master Practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming, as well as a Finance Consultant. She has almost 20 years of professional experience and has worked extensively in the Telecommunications sector. Having experienced two major take overs, she loves change and the process around it. She specialises in transitions and process improvements, both from finance and coaching perspectives. Based in Belgium, she works with clients in French and English.
Ann Hayes
Communications Consultant
Ann has 15 years of professional experience in various communications roles across multiple industries. She has honed her ability to create and executive impactful strategies and content, while successfully managing challenging stakeholder landscapes, especially during periods of change. She is also a Proci certified change practitioner with expertise managing change and transformation. A native English speaker, she is based in The Netherlands.
